MMS® for EMC Symmetrix® integrates the power of LXI’s comprehensive backup, recovery and media management tools for the iSeries into the EMC solution.
Tracking iSeries backups from the EMC disk arrays gives IT managers control and protection over their backup media. In addition to the tracking functionality, MMS performs all media management functions including device management, vaulting and recovery.
